Hello hello, just wanted to share this super simple super easy pancake recipe !
It's actually pretty healthy and super fast to make. I hope you like pancakes as much as i do. :D
So this is what you need:
2 Bananas (medium size)
1 cup rolled oats (please don't use instant)
1 tspn Baking powder
1 Tbspn cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. & blend all the ingredients until the banana and oats are mix together. Heat up a skillet/pan, you can use butter to oil it or any type of oil olive or coconut oil for healthier option and cook until brown.
and enjoy it with freshly cut fruits, greek yogurt or even on it't own! :D
